First Post!

Okay, so here is my new cooking blog!

I'm sure I'm just one in a million others, but I want to be able to share some of the fun and satisfaction I get out of cooking with everyone else.

I have some grander ideas for what I want to do here than I am capable of right now, most notably producing videos showing how to cook food from scratch in 20 minutes or less, but I don't have a video camera or editing software at the moment.

To start out, I plan on posting about procedures and techniques I'm using for the various foods I cook, with pictures of course.

I think I'll devote some time to reviewing cookbooks and cooking websites, but I've got some planning to do before I begin that project.
